Foundation Training for Newly Recruited

Foundation training was conducted for those who have newly joined the services at different levels in the Zilla Parishad Dhule in February 2025. There were 84 candidates joined the services on compassionate recruitment basis. In addition, 123 were directly recruited via examinations held in 2023. Also, 10 candidates recruited as gram panchayat employees. In total, there were 217 candidates eligible for this foundation training. Out of these, 164 candidates were present for the training.
In this training, following modules were there: –
1. Service matters related to Government officers
2. Legal knowledge of Zila Parishad, Panchayat samiti Act
3. Rules of conduct in government services
4. Use of Artificial Intelligence in administration
5. Basic knowledge of E-office works
6. Finance Rules
7. Leave policy for government servants
8. Order writing
9. Disciplinary Enquiry
10. Record management
