General Administration Department
Introduction
Under the General Administration Department, establishment related work, employee service matters, compassionate, Zilla Parishad General Assembly work, standing committee meeting under Hon’ble Chairman, Zilla Parishad, Dhule, annual administration report, meetings of account heads and all office heads at Panchayat Samiti level, employees Training, feedback on the files received from each department of the Zilla Parishad and discussion regarding the appropriate administrative action, sending complaints received from the public to the relevant department and keeping control over them and the establishment of the entire Zilla Parishad.
Mission of the Department
To provide grants for all establishment related work, service matters, pay and allowances, retirement pay matters, transfers of employees of Class-1, Class-2, Class-3 and Class-4 officers and employees through the Establishment Division of General Peace Department. , administrative and advance approval of drivers and vehicles, appointment of compassionate candidates and finalization of cases, recruitment by advertisement, approval of medical payments of class-1 to class-4 officers and employees etc. Similarly, feedback on the files received from the Heads of Accounts and appropriate administrative action and guidance feedback etc. are monitored and training facilities are provided to the employees.
Preparation of combined annual administration report of Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Samiti through Administration Department, taking approval of the concerned committee, taking approval of all general meetings of Zilla Parishad and submitting it to Rural Development Department, Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai, deciding on appeals received from employees. To take, to see the whole work of Panchayat Raj Samiti, to comply with the paragraphs of Panchayat Raj Samiti, Local Fund Account, to prepare annual diaries of Zilla Parishad etc.
Procedure of the Department
Under the General Administration Department, to control all the Heads of Accounts at the District level and all the offices at the Panchayat Samiti level, organizing their meetings, and informing all the offices about the administrative matters, compiling the information regarding the meetings of Hon’ble Minister, Hon’ble Secretary, Hon’ble Divisional Commissioner, Code of Conduct period. Providing all the information about the action to be taken, similarly, on behalf of the Zilla Parishad, Yashwant Panchayat Raj Campaign, Rajiv Gandhi Administrative Mobility Campaign, collecting information of department level meetings etc. To observe the proceedings of the general meetings of the Zilla Parishad, the standing committee and to take appropriate action on the minutes of the said meetings, to make the minutes available for viewing by the public after approval, to maintain administrative control over the proceedings of the committee meetings of the Zilla Parishad, to collect the complaints received from the Hon’ble District Magistrate, Dhule on the Democracy Day. Publicizing the action taken. Regarding the cases filed by the public or other authorities against the Zilla Parishad, the appointment of lawyers is done on behalf of the Zilla Parishad in the Hon’ble Court.
